Travel Vaccinations
If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel, please complete our online travel form.
- Please select 'I have an admin or routine care request' and navigate to the pre-travel appointment request and someone will be in touch.
It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 8 weeks before you travel - you may need more than one vaccination given over a period of weeks to have the level of immunity you require for safe travel.
Each patient will need to complete their own travel risk assessment form and book separate appointments.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
