Gender: Female
Primary qualifications: MA MB BChir (2003) MRCGP DFSRH DRCOG
Special interests: Women's health and contraception, ENT
I worked in other inner city Bristol practices, as well as at HMP Bristol , before joining Wellspring in 2010. I also work at the university as 3D (disadvantage, disability and diversity) lead, which gives me plenty of opportunities for getting medical students involved in the local community.
I am one of the advice and guidance GPs for ENT for Bristol inner city and East GPs. I am very interested in community issues, and am a trustee of Wellspring healthy living centre. I am also a volunteer coordinator and host for Bristol Hospitality Network providing homes for destitute asylum seekers.
Outside of work I enjoy outdoor swimming, and growing vegetables on my allotment.
